So after all this really bad pop music I was listening to lately I needed to do a metal mash again. This time Cataract from Switzerland collide with an LL Cool J classic from the 90s.

The “Mash-Up Your Bootz” mashup party compilations celebrate their 50th issue and I got asked to provide an exclusive track for that. So since these compilations are done by the Bootie Berlin Crew I thought I’d do something with German vocals and decided to use the new single by the “Söhne Mannheims” which actually entered the German charts too this week. I mixed it with UK sensation Chase & Status. This 50th anniversary compilation also includes a 2nd CD with what they call “History of mashups” that features my “Rebel Mother Down” as track for the year 2011. Get this great sampler HERE.
The video only contains scenes from the official Söhne Mannheims video (without the band footage) and no material from “Blind Faith” as it would be unappropriate. The video is dedicated to all people who fight for freedom in this world!
