Ok, let me explain how this came about. Ö3 (www.oe3.at) is the biggest radio station here in Austria & could be listened to in almost every household in the country. 3 weeks ago a woman phoned in on a live broadcast & terribly confused DJ Ötzi & Gigi D’Agostino, she probably thought it’s the same person or something… anyway she called the man „Gigi Ötzi“. That became like a running gag in the following shows and the presenter had the idea to mix these two acts together. So some guy from the radio station did a 30 second mash of „The Riddle“ & Hey Baby“ and they sent it to me asking if I could make a better & longer version of it. So since I know that the editorial staff like my mashups & they have been quite supportive in the past I thought I’d take this „challenge“ on and mix two of my favourite artists together.

There has been quite a lot of positive reactions from the listeners so they played it out twice last week. They stripped it down to 1:12 min because they probaby didn’t wanna lose listeners… haha. Here you’ll get the mix in full length clocking in at 3:18 minutes. Well at least it may be perfect for any Apres Ski party. Attention: It will not be featured on my consecutive „Schnipseljagd“ compilations, so it’s gonna be rare at some time (the sooner the better haha).
